Druva was able to launch Dru within 3 months with the help of AWS Enterprise Support and its Technical Account Manager. While utilizing AWS Enterprise Support, Druva experienced an 80% reduction in resolution time for support related issues. This frees up time for Druva’s team to focus on innovation and deliver the latest and greatest technology to their end customer.
